Winners of the KWVA Charter 314 Raffle

Congratulations to the winners of our raffle held in conjunction with the Henderson County 2019 Apple Festival.  Our heartfelt thanks to these winners and to all those who bought raffle tickets.
The proceeds raised from the raffle ticket sales will be distributed to KWVA Wall of Remembrance in Washington D.C., Wreaths Across America to help provide wreaths at veterans grave sites,  Henderson County Honor Air in support of their effort to take veterans on a one day trip to Washington D.C. to take in the various Veteran Memorials, Henderson County Veterans Healing Farm that raises fruits and vegetables providing a way for veterans to transition to civilian life and provide food stuffs for the Veterans Administration in Black Mountain, and The Steadfast House which is a place for homeless female veterans sponsored by the Asheville Buncombe Community Christian Ministry (ABCCM).

3rd Place:     Elizabeth Heffern – Rifle Case
Upon verification of the winners name and address arrangements will be made for the rifle to be picked up by the winner, in the company of a KWVA Officer, at the Gun Shop now holding the firearm.  Appropriate registration paperwork will be completed by the winner.
The Second and Third Place winners prizes will be mailed to the winners.
The Members and Officers of the Korean War Veterans Association, General Frank Blazey Chapter 314 wish to thank everyone who bought raffle tickets that will allow us to provide financial support for the non-profit groups listed above.
